Disclaimers

• Contestants participate at their own risk.

• Whangaparāoa Kindergarten, Coastie Kids Summer Festival, and our sponsors take no responsibility for damage to or loss of equipment, personal injury.

• Organisers can change or amend the competition at any time if they deem it necessary to do so.

• By entering all contestants and their caregivers agree to have their data supplied to Whangaparāoa Kindergarten for the purposes of administering the Coastie Kids Summer Festival

Misconduct

• Event organisers reserve the right to cancel the ticket of any entrant whose conduct is inappropriate and any breach of rules will result in disqualification.

Refund Policy

• Once tickets have been purchased they are non-refundable and no exchanges will be offered. All ticket sales are final.

• If the event is cancelled for any reason all prizes will be randomly drawn from all ticket holders.

Coastie Kids Summer Festival Celebration Day & Prizegiving

• All contestants must be present at the Coastie Kids Summer Festival celebration day prizegiving to be eligible to receive a prize; otherwise, prizes will be redrawn.

• Contestants must have ID, ticket, or entrant card to claim the prize to ensure the correct recipient.

• Prizes are as offered, are not exchangeable for cash value, and can change at any time if deemed necessary by organisers.

• Prizes become the responsibility of the winner once they have received them.

• If no suitable entry is received for a category, then those prizes will be randomly drawn from all ticket holders.
